Original Art, Released into the World

The Finders Collection is a free art drop project from Creatively Cutz Studio. Each painting is an original, one-of-one artwork created by JD Hecht and released in a public location for someone to discover.

 

If you found one, it is yours to keep. There is no purchase required, no hidden catch, and no scavenger-hunt nonsense hiding in the bushes.

All we ask is that you register the painting so its journey can be documented in the official studio archive.

If You Found a Painting, Here's What to Do

If you discovered a painting from The Finders Collection, congratulations. You are now part of the artwork’s story.

​

Please use the registration form below to submit your information, the artwork ID / COA number, and a few photos. Your registration helps Creatively Cutz Studio confirm the piece, update its official archive record, and document where the painting’s next chapter begins.

Simple Steps

1.  Check the artwork label or card for the title and Artwork ID/COA number.

​

2. Take a photo of where you found the painting.

​

3. Take a photo of the painting in its new home, if you are ready.

​

4. Complete the registration form below.

Every painting released through The Finders Collection is a real original artwork. It is not a print, not a sample, and not a mass-produced giveaway.

If the piece speaks to you, take it home. If it does not, leave it for the next person to discover.

The point is simple: original art belongs out in the world, not just behind gallery glass or trapped in the studio waiting for permission.

Certificate of Authenticity

Once your registration is verified, Creatively Cutz Studio will confirm the authenticity of your found painting by email.


That email will include digital reference copies of your Certificate of Authenticity and Artwork Record for your records. The official signed documents will be prepared separately and mailed to the address you provide below.


Your mailing address is required so Creatively Cutz Studio can send the official signed Certificate of Authenticity and Artwork Record after verification. This address is used for documentation fulfillment only and will not be publicly displayed.
