MAIN DESCRIPTION
Layered Horizons moves through stacked bands and flowing channels of color, creating the feeling of atmospheric layers, geological strata, or shifting horizons seen from above. Electric chartreuse, burnt orange, coral red, deep turquoise, and navy move across the canvas in organic ribbons.
Dark contour lines give the piece structure, guiding the eye through the layered movement like a topographical map. The color does not sit in one flat field. It builds in sections, with each band creating a new passage across the surface.
Created for The Finders Collection, the piece has the energy of a small map waiting to be discovered. It feels like several worlds compressed into one canvas, each layer holding its own movement, shimmer, and direction.
