Cancellation Policy

Raw Canvas Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Confirmation All Raw Canvas sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Rescheduling We understand that plans change and encourage rescheduling whenever possible. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. When this notice is provided, your reservation can be moved to another available date. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated due to limited availability. Cancellations If you are unable to attend and rescheduling is not possible, cancellations may be requested. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as materials and studio time have already been reserved. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the booking is non-refundable. Waitlist If a session is fully booked, guests may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, individuals will be contacted in the order they joined. A limited time window may be provided to confirm the booking before the space is offered to the next person. Studio Cancellation In the rare event that a session must be canceled due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
