These are the practical terms visitors need before booking, commissioning, or purchasing.

BOOKING

Raw Canvas reservations require a deposit.

Any remaining balance is due at the session. Rescheduling is preferred over cancellation and is handled according to the booking terms shown at checkout.

MADE TO ORDER

Proof approval starts The Forge build.

No cutting or construction begins until the design and Foundation proof is approved. Standard turnaround is about five days after approval and may vary with complexity.

ORIGINAL WORK

Variation is not a defect—it is the point.

Handmade and poured work contains organic material behavior. Forge previews establish direction, while the physical build remains individually made.
